Aqua Balance

Aqua-Balance allows you to increase your physical performance and improve your general posture through slow movements in the water. The exercises strengthen your joints and improve your mobility. All the movements of the exercises on offer are inspired by Pilates, yoga and aqua stretching. This course is ideal if you are recovering from an exertion, want to rehabilitate yourself physically or simply want to maintain your general fitness.
