FitFact: The top 3 exercises used by Santa Claus to bring presents to the children

It’s the first Advent and Santa Claus is packing up the last presents to hand out to all the children on December 6🎁. To hand out so many presents in such a short space of time, Santa Claus has to keep fit all year round. Today we reveal his top 3 exercises that help him achieve this 💪🎅:

3) Farmer’s Walk

The Farmer’s Walk is named after the activity of the farmers who carry heavy buckets of water or feed across the fields. But the farmers are not the only ones who make use of this exercise, which strains the whole body. To be able to transport as many presents as possible at once, Santa Claus trains all year round with reindeer food-filled jute sacks or stones from the forest. You can use two dumbbells in the gym. Make sure your posture is upright!

2) Pull-ups

How does Santa Claus actually leave our homes after he has placed the presents under the Christmas tree? Well, how did he get in – through the chimney! To do this, he must above all have strong back and arm muscles. To be able to pull himself up the chimney, Santa Claus mainly trains his latissimus muscles. In the forest, he likes to hang on to a branch to pull himself up. But, as you can see in the picture, he sometimes drops by our ACTIV FITNESS studios and challenges our members to a fitness challenge. Be sure to check out our social media channel on December 6!

1) Battle Rope Training

Once he has distributed all the presents and given away the last mandarins and nuts, Santa Claus makes his way home again. He is helped by the flying reindeer that carry him through the air on his sleigh. So that the reindeer know which way to go and don’t suddenly break out, Santa Claus steers the whole thing with the reins in his hands. This can be quite strenuous and requires enormous stamina and muscles. How can we also become Santa Claus strong? With the Battle Rope! This rope offers many different exercises that also stimulate fat burning. Looks good after all the snacking from Santa Claus 😉🍫.

Ho, ho, ho! Would you have imagined Santa Claus to be so active on the sporting front? You can see all the other exercises he knows how to do on our social media account. Be inspired by her workout and add a little Christmas magic to your workout. We wish you a happy Advent season 🕯️🎄. Stay fit !
