The TAE BO® Intro sessions will focus on the basic techniques you need, and teach you exactly how to perform them. The sessions will teach newcomers all the basic moves, but they will be equally beneficial to any advanced practitioners looking to refine their technique. During the TAE BO® exercises, participants move directly from one move to the next, without a break or additional instructions.
