Subscriptions with monthly payments
Monthly payments are always due in advance, based on the start of the subscription. If your subscription starts on 10 June, for example, then your next payment will be due by the 10th of the following month at the latest.
The easiest way is to set up a direct debit or standing order via e-banking. Your monthly payment will then be made automatically on the same day of each month. It is important to refer to the due date for the payment when selecting the execution date.
Yes, the payment will need to be made every month. If you’d like a time stop for your holidays, you can submit your holiday documents to us before your departure and buy a time stop for CHF 50. You will then be able to take a break of between one and four months in your training, once per subscription period. If you are ill or injured, you can request a retroactive time stop free of charge by providing us with a doctor’s certificate confirming that you were 100 per cent unable to practise sport for a specific period. In this case, your subscription will be extended by the period specified by the doctor’s certificate (provided your subscription was valid as usual during this time).

Corona: Questions about the mask requirement
No, masks currently only need to be worn in the reception and changing areas.
If you’ve left your mask at home, you can buy one at reception for CHF 1.00.
Two aspects need to be taken into account when training with a mask. First the physical aspect, and then the mental/psychological aspect: the mask simulates increased resistance when breathing in, which places an additional strain on the respiratory muscles. In concrete terms, this means we need more energy just to breathe, and there may also be a slight drop in oxygen levels. We are also mentally/psychologically challenged with the mask over our mouth and nose, as the whole thing is still unfamiliar and we unconsciously or consciously resist it. With these two factors placing an additional strain on our body, it is important to breathe slowly and calmly. Training with a mask takes practice. If you train at your usual intensity in addition to the “mask stress”, this will be too much for your body. It is important to reduce the intensity by around 25 to 30 per cent. Another option is to switch to interval training and include enough less intensive blocks. This is the only way to make sure you don’t overdo it. Your body will get used to regular training with a mask, and you’ll be able to slowly increase the intensity again. It’s important to realise, however, that this process can take 8 to 12 weeks.
In conclusion, using a mask while training won’t pose a risk to your health if you adapt your training to suit your own abilities and the situation.
