Strength, muscle growth and core
This 30-minute class is focused on strengthening your abs. The programme uses a variety of equipment, including BeBo balls, Aero-Steps and Gymsticks, in exercises designed to promote stability at the same time as working your core and your deep muscles.

The back training class is all about the core and its stability. A strong, stable core helps to prevent back pain. Healthy posture is dependent on the strength of the muscles that enable it. Targeted back training is very helpful to avoid bad posture and excessive strain. Strengthening, mobilisation, stretching and balance exercises help to protect against back complaints and problems associated with incorrect posture. Mix up the intensity with simple, varied exercises using your own body weight, as well as incorporating handheld equipment like mini barbells, Aero-Step, resistance bands or small gymnastics balls. Back trainingis an ideal workout for older participants, too.
