Strength and cardio

BOOST® is a varied programme of circuit training to help you build muscle, increase your stamina and improve your core stability. It’s a great, fun way of getting into tip-top shape. During the class, you will move around the nine stations of the circuit in small groups. Each exercise is designed to improve your muscle strength, stamina, coordination and stability, and you can adapt them all to your own pace and individual ability. Working your leg muscles, glutes, thighs, core and trunk to the calming music will also help to improve your metabolism.
