Strength, coordination and functional training

This class may be simple, but it’s also physically demanding and completely different to any other workout you’ve tried before. Each session is structured around seven phases, which are in turn based on five elements: earth, wood, fire, metal and water. deepWORK® is great for functional training, and it’s suitable for beginners, too, since the exercises allow you to train at your own pace and rhythm.
