FAQ: Subscription renewal
If you pay your subscription monthly, your contract will automatically renew each month unless it is cancelled by you. As a prepayer, you will receive a reminder letter and a payment slip from us approximately two months before the expiry of your subscription. This will enable you to renew your subscription conveniently from your home. Alternatively, you can also renew your subscription on your next visit to the studio, and also benefit from advice from our professional trainers.
Prepayment: If you seamlessly renew a prepayment subscription in category 2 or 3, you benefit from a loyalty bonus of CHF 50 on your chip bracelet, and CHF 100 for the Swiss Fit category. The amount will be credited to your chip bracelet on the start date of your new subscription.
