FAQ: Ordinary termination
If you’d like to know how long your subscription is still valid, then log in to the member’s area ((–> verlinken)) or ask at the reception on your next studio visit.
All members will receive a reminder in good time before the expiry of their subscription.
If you pay for your subscription monthly, your contract will renew automatically unless it is cancelled by you. As a prepayer, you will receive a reminder letter with a payment slip around two months before the expiry of your subscription. This will enable you to renew your subscription conveniently from your home. Alternatively, you can also renew your subscription on your next visit to the studio, and also benefit from advice from our professional trainers.
If you pay your subscription monthly, you’ll have to cancel no later than two months before expiry of your subscription in writing by email to debi@activfitness.ch (stating your contract number). As a prepayer you don’t have to do anything – your subscription will expire and will not be renewed automatically.

If you pay for your subscription monthly and have missed the cancellation date (two months’ notice), your subscription will be renewed for the same contract duration.
