FAQ: Reserving classes
Click on “Class reservation” in the navigation at the top of our website and log in with your M login for class reservations. You’ll need to set up an M login if you don’t have one yet. This login is extremely practical as it not only allows you to reserve classes with us, but you can also use it to access our studio Wi-Fi or view your Cumulus points in the Migros app.
If you have any problems with the class reservation, contact the reception staff at your studio so that our trainers can help you.
You can book up to three classes per day.
Depending on the studio, a booking in the class reservation tool is possible 24 to 72 hours before the class starts.
As a member you can benefit from free access to our online training platform activfitness@home. Here you have access to over 1,000 classes in more than 20 different sports – plenty of videos to try out something new. Our Facebook group also offers a wide range of videos we recorded with our instructors during lockdown.
Nothing changes for you in the course booking process. Places in the courses will therefore continue to be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to reserve a place in a spinning class, it is best to contact the studio directly. You can find the current course program of your studio here.
You can find the current cyber course program as a PDF directly on your studio’s subsite. If no course program is available, there is free course selection.
