Top 3 ways to stay fit in summer ☀️💪🏼
When can we finally sing “Sun Is Shining” again? Not yet, but let’s hope that June will finally bring us summer! And when summer arrives, we feel the urge to go on vacation, enjoy aperitifs, barbecues and … yes, even to have a drink and leave everyday life far behind. Lazing around is part of it – at least sometimes 😉 But to make sure that rubber-bottomed relax mode doesn’t have a negative impact on your fitness, in this Fitfact we present the top 3 tips on how to keep fit in summer, whether you’re climbing the mountains, going to a lake or enjoying the summer on your balcony:
3) In the Swiss mountains
Are you going to spend your summer in our beautiful Swiss mountains? Then there’s nothing better than preparing for it in our studios! Our Stairmasters, running or walking trails with variable gradients are the perfect way to prepare for the mountain trails. If, on the other hand, you prefer to climb the mountains by bike, you can get fit in our indoor cycling courses and then cross numerous mountain passes as fit as a racing bike.
2) On the shores of our lakes
Ah, summer on a lake! The sun is shining, the waves tickle your toes and you feel like a character on a postcard. But be careful, don’t let your body become an inflatable buoy 😎 Get on a pedalo and pedal your calves fit! This sweet activity not only tones your body, but also gives you a beautiful tan to match the summer weather.
