At ACTIV FITNESS Kriens, fitness and wellness await you on a spacious 1,400 m². In addition to state-of-the-art equipment for strength and cardio training, the studio offers a functional tower for functional training, a Milon circuit and free weights. Group fitness is also a priority here: in addition to a large course room, there is also a specific room for spinning courses. The beautiful wellness area with Finnish sauna invites you to relax after your workout. Another highlight: from the endurance area you can see directly onto the football pitch of SC Kriens.
