Since 13.09.2021, Covid certification is mandatory in all ACTIV FITNESS gyms.

Authorized vaccines
Only members who have a Swiss Covid certificate have access to the gym. Such a certificate can be applied for online via the National Covid certificate application platform and is granted for the following vaccines: Biontech / Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.

Register your certificate
If you already have a valid Covid certificate, you can deposit it with us now. You have two options for that:

1. registration via contact form in the members’s area
In the member’s area you can easily upload your certificate via contact form as PDF, screenshot or image file. Please make sure that both the QR code and the validity are visible on the document.

2. registration in the gym
Show your valid Covid certificate printed or in electronic form directly at the entrance of the gym.

We check the validity of the certificate with the COVID Certificate Check App and store the validity date in your member profile. As soon as the certificate has been checked, you will be unlocked and can check in at our gyms as usual. If you arrive at the gym before your certificate has been checked, please contact our staff on site who will check it immediately.

After registration, no further verification is required until the certificate expires. However, due to the existing protection concept, you must also be able to show your Covid certificate for any future training in the event of an inspection by the authorities.

Timestop
If you do not have a valid Covid certificate and choose not to be vaccinated or tested, we will not be able to grant you access to our gyms due to regulatory instructions. In this case you have from now on the possibility to buy a Timestop in the member’s area or in the gym for a handling fee of CHF 50. This is valid until you decide to terminate it or until the end of the certificate obligation (maximum until 24.01.2022).
