Summer has said goodbye (so suddenly, omg!) and winter is just around the corner. But before we let it in, the colorful autumn is just around the corner. What could be better than soaking up the remaining rays of sunshine and taking them with you into the cold season? But as the sun’s rays alone aren’t enough, today we’re giving you our top 3 recommendations for an energetic start to winter:
3) Zumba – Shake the winter out of your bones
Move to the rhythm of the music and show winter where the hammer hangs! With the comprehensive dance program, in which you train your muscles, coordination and condition to hot beats, you are well prepared for the cold blues of winter. 2) Endurance training – run away from the cold
So winter can’t harm you! Whether on the Stairmaster, the treadmill or the bike – train your endurance, run resolutely against the cold and show it that it is inferior to you.
